Expansion opportunity - Account Executive for New Orleans, Louisiana
Can live in either New Orleans, North Shore, or Baton Rouge

Exciting opportunity to sell cloud-based software in the human capital management industry, providing a single database for all human capital management functions from recruitment to retirement, serving businesses of all sizes and in every industry. In this position you will identify new prospects, research industry trends, create a needs-based solution and close sales. Along the way, you will be encouraged through training and leadership, promotion opportunities, outstanding compensation and benefits package, and consistent recognition and awards. No overnight travel.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement a cold-calling strategy

Achieve sales goals

Build strong client relationships

Connect client needs with innovative solutions to transform their HR strategy

Develop a referral strategy

Maintain responsibility over designated territory

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

1+ year of experience in quota-driven environment with detailed accomplishments documented on resume

Cold-calling experience and a love to hunt

Determined and goal-oriented to exceed sales objectives

Experience in outside business-to-business sales

Territory management experience

Committed to a sales career

Aptitude to work under pressure
