This is a consultative clinical sell, capital equipment surgical sales, candidates should have demonstrated sales achievement in medical devices. Prior B2B sales experience with 3+ years in the OR and capital equipment sales required; cardio experience is a plus.
Promote two blood management solutions into multiple hospital areas such as trauma surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery, anesthesia, perfusion, laboratory, ICU, and administration to help reduce surgical blood component usage and improve clinical outcomes. Educate physicians on benefits of technology to change current surgical practice and create best practice protocols for hemostasis management. Develop Key Opinion Leaders to aid in maximizing territory product clinical awareness and increase product usage in current and new accounts.
